Neos Kosmos suggests Beta

Peter Conistis has taken his next step forward, from Alpha to Beta, with great success.

Three years after Alpha Restaurant’s launch at the Sydney Hellenic Club, Conistis strikes again, with a new sister venue right up the stairs.

Undeniably, Beta sports one of the CBD’s most impressive interiors, from Paul Padadopoulos’ capable hands. Papadopoulos, the director of designers DS17 studio, has managed to infuse some Athenian style while keeping the classic character of the building, emphasising the walls’ brickwork and accentuating the beautiful arches. The high ceilings and the tall heritage windows allow the light to create a relaxing atmosphere as it plays with the metallic accents.

This spacious, modern venue with a 200-metre bar complements the five-star flavours on its menu, which is packed with Grecian-inspired cocktails and small dishes.
